[PC] Epic - The Division 2 Warlords of NY Ed. $11.98/Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning $19.97 (prices w $15 coupon) - Epic Store

91

Great prices for these two games. The Division 2 comes with the Warlords DLC and at this price is a must buy if you liked The Division 1 and like that genre.
The Kingdom of Amalur is actually a great game and a bit underrated. This new version has two important benefits which often go under the radar. Firstly, it contains the original DLCs and also now the enemies have level scaling which means no more cheesing areas by simply levelling up and then going back to an area fixed at a lower level.

    Is the "Warlords of New York Ultimate Edition" worth it over the standard expansion bundle "Warlords of New York Edition"? - It apparently comes with Year 1 pass content.

      Not sure if I understand that question.
      The base game is $13.48.
      The base game plus the Warlords expansion is $11.48
      Ultimate version which is expansion plus year 1 pass plus some other cosmetics is $20.98 - I reckon that will be cheaper than buying base game and then Season Pass 1 separately. That is the version you want if you want the most complete content available in a bundle.
      Season Pass 2 for Warlords seems to be separate as neither edition seems to include that.

      Click on the Warlords edition, then on the site, there is "more". Click on that and you will see a little table showing what the different versions include.

        Thanks Lysander - I found it :)

        It looks like the "Ultimate Edition" contains the following:
        * The base game
        * The Warlords of New York expansion
        * A level 30 boost, allowing you to jump right into the Warlords of New York campaign
        * The instant unlock of all 6 endgame specializations
        * 8 exclusive Classified assignments missions
        * The Battleworn secret service pack
        * The First Responder pack
        * The Elite Agent pack
        * 1 exclusive emote
        * 1 exclusive outfit

        The 30 level boost and instant unlock of all 6 endgame specializations sounds like it might make things a touch too easy for someone new to the game.

        • Great, happy you found it. Now you have all the info to make a decision which one you want. Of course, the more choice the more difficult it is to choose. ;-)

          • @Lysander: Are you gonna spam separate posts for every single game+$15 coupon?

            Could you not clog up my news feed please?

            • @Charmoffensive: Just block the posts, please if you don't like them. Just because you don't find them useful doesn't mean others don't either. Remember, people are different and neither of us is the centre of the world.👍
              Plus, be fair and make the same comment in all the Ebay and Latitude post whenever there is a 5% discount. 😉

                @Lysander: Just make a big table with every game on the store listed with old price next to new price. One and done.

                It's unreasonable to do that for eBay, as there's millions of listings. The epic store isn't nearly that big.

                You could even break it down into 2 posts: Indies and AAAs.

                  @Charmoffensive: There are people here that even miss the posts that have one game, one freebie in the title, despite it being prominently displayed on the front page periodically for a week.
                  Many people miss games and game deals if they are in a long list as they are easily overlooked, people cannot be bothered to read them.
                  Sure Ebay has many more listings but 99% of them are crap and not deals so yes, people could easily make a list with the top 50 bargains in the same way as you suggest here. And yet people make 50 different posts. Do I like or need any Ebay or Latitude posts? No. Should there be none just because I do not like or need them? No, of course not as many other people like them or find them useful. I just have to live with that which really is not that hard. There really is no need to force my personal preferences on the people who take time out of their time and expend some efforts to make those posts when I can simply just ignore the post who do not interest me. I can simply be tolerant and use my time for my productive ventures rather than giving those posters grief.
                  I have recently seen posts for the exact same product, posted by the same poster within 10 minutes, different stores and price difference of less than $1. No complaints there. I find it not great but am I trying to force the poster or people who are okay with it to do it a different way, the way I like it? No.
                  I do find it fascinating (and worthy of serious research) why people find it so important to tell the people who post things how to do it precisely when all you needed to do and could do is what incipient (below) suggests: see if the games are anything you are interested in, mark as read, and move on and forget. Simple. Takes 5 seconds. Have you ever asked yourself why a minuscule thing like that bothers you so much? I mean, really asked yourself deep down and tried to find the underlying issue and reason?
                  By writing and making all this comments (and reading mine) you have already wasted 60-70 seconds which is enough for 10-12 Epic posts in your feed. ;-)
                  Have a nice night and rest of the week.
                  I do appreciate you being polite and courteous though, and I mean this in all sincerity.

              @Charmoffensive: I find it quite helpful. I get 2 or 3 in my notifications panel. Check the games if any look good, and if not, click "mark as read" and move on.
