I'd be so tempted by this if it wasn't that stupid Bosch ring interface. Was so happy to leave that behind when we sold the apartment.

Interested in knowing what was wrong or what you disliked about it?

It was never as precise/predictable as I wanted it to be. Fingers slipped on it, especially if they had a hint of being wet. Every so often it got really sticky and hard to turn.

It's a sample of one, though, so maybe everyone else had good ones or loved it.

    Shipping to Sydney 2000?

    • We are delivering to Sydney 2000 free of charge for purchase of this combi oven for the next 48 hour.

  • So it needs to be connected to a water source as well?? I am guess so if its got steam. Pretty sure you get same results putting water in a oven proof glass tray, the heat turns it to steam and would save you a fortune :)

Steam ovens typically have a water tank.

And no, not the same as water in a tray in an oven.

    • A car? Just walk places, save you a fortune.

    • These ovens are about convenience. You can use programs that will roast vegies for example, first by steaming it which is far quicker than convection, then it will do a mixture of steam spray and convection to crisp it. You end up cooking many things in half the time. You will not achieve the same results using water in a container, as this is injecting steam at a fixed amount, rather than steaming a container of water at once.

This has a tray you add water to. No connection to water.
