Mac App Superbundle Incl Parallels 7 - $49 US

430

Another one of these Mac App Bundles, this one looks pretty good though, includes Parallels 7 and the following:

Flux – The powerful yet easy HTML5 design app that lets you create websites from scratch.
Little Snapper – From websites to desktop windows, it creates pixel perfect screenshots every time.
iStat Menus 3 – The advanced Mac OS X system monitor that shows what’s actually happening inside your Mac.
iStopmotion Home – Easily turns a Mac into an animation film studio so anyone can tell their story – frame by fun frame!
SyncMate Expert – Syncs important data, like contacts, to-do lists and more, among your Macs, PCs and mobile devices.
Fantashow for Mac – The digital slideshow builder that lets anyone achieve professional-looking movies in minutes!
Video Converter for Mac – Converts video and audio files into playable formats on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, iPod Touch, MP3
players and more.
CuteClips 3 – Makes it easy to see your clipboard history with all-in-one multiple clipboard management.
Chronicle (Bonus App) - Versatile financial tracking software that helps you pay your bills on time, every time!

Good price just for Parallels alone, but you get quite a few other copies of software, some of which may be more appealing to others.

  • Drats, just bought Parallels 7 three weeks ago… :(

  • great deal

  • Just wondering, what are the pros of Parallels vs Virtualbox (free)?

  • Just ordered and paid with Paypal… website is kinda dodgy so I scanned all of the download files with ClamAVX just to be sure and there weren't any viruses found.

There's a good comparison between Parallels and VMWare here: http://arstechnica.com/apple/reviews/2011/10/virtual-showdow…

Not sure about Virtual Box. I was switching from VMWare Fusion 2.0 which is pretty old so it's a big improvement, particularly in speed to boot.

    • Did it supply you with Keys for each app as it would if you purchased it via any traditional method, or do they have some weird set up?

  • edit

  • Nice bundle ~ These software will be very useful to me:
    - Parallels 7
    - Flux
    - Little Snapper
    - Video Converter 2

  • Not a bad deal.. Though Parralels can be replaced by Virtual Box (Open source) and the video converter by handbrake, which I believe is also open source.

  • Thanks for the post! Just in time when I am looking for a vm.

The website is legit, no need to worry…

    Does it come with Windows?

bummer, i already have PD7 and iStat and paid full price for them :(

  • Hey, if anyone has bought this can you confirm a bit about how the purchase process works.

I'm a bit suspicious by the comment on the buy page asking for more money to keep the download available for longer. In theory I would expect to get support accounts for each of these products (from the relevant company making the software) to download updates/fixes, access forums and in theory download the original product again.

i.e. if you buy parallels from the company who makes it you would get all of that I am fairly sure.

I'm wondering if all this is lost if you buy through these guys?

Anyway please if someone who has bought from them could please fill us in! thanks!

    • You have basically raised the same concern that I said above.
I just completed the purchase then.
It gives you a list of Serial Numbers and if required email address yo use.
This is the weird part, it is a different email address to the one I registered with the site.

I assume you can change this at a later date.

They email you the receipt with all of the Serial Numbers.

I went to Aimersofts website and downloaded the video converter software, entered the email address and serial number, all good.

I went to Parallels, registered an account, and registered the key, it confirmed P7.
I downloaded the "Trial Version" and entered the Key from this Bundle, it worked, all is good.

So, there is no need to pay more for 2 years worth of hosting, or more for 1 month of extra hosting, you can just download from the manufacturers website.

  • Get a further 30% discount with this code:
    thankyou30

Got this bundle for $34 :-)

    • Where did you put in that discount code?

    • sorry same question, where to place the code… can't find it anywhere

      • Answered my own question after lots of fiddling. Add in another product to the cart, say normal parallels, then eventually the promotion code box appears. Seems to be a bug with the site that the promo code box does not appear on the order screen.
I note this deal has been "reset" so still active.

        • Thanks for paulojr's finding. I did try that but couldn't get the promo code box appearing on the page. :-(

  • Ok, its painfully complicated, so do this.

    1. Go to their main website, www.novadevelopment.com first.
    2. Next, select from utilities the parallels product on its own (probably will work with any but just do it this way as it works for me)
    3. Now select buy
    4. It should now show you a shopping cart with the promo code field open.
If it doesn't then you got me. I'm using chrome as a browser by the way.
    5. Once you see the field, enter the promo code and update it, you'll get 30% reduction on the item(s) in the cart.
    6. Next, click continue shopping and select the bundle (select buy)
come back in you should see the bundle and parallels in the cart. (The bundle is on the front page (home page) so you may need to click on the nova logo to get back there.)
    7. Now delete parallels.
Should now have your discount on the bundle only.
    8. Then buy.

I think its just a plain buggy website as it is suppose to show the promo code all the time.
