In previous posts someone asked about the next Canon promotion, here's the Canon Mayhem with various stores involved.

Examples:

Someone also asked suggestion for an entry full frame and a budget of up to $1600. The RP one above would be possible with the adapter, because there are tons of second hand EF lenses on sale on Gumtree and eBay.

    Video recording is a weak point for these, as 4K videos are cropped quite a bit. I would not use them as hybrid photo/video camera for paid jobs. But as a photo camera and casual videography, they are user friendly and produce great photos and colours, in particular the R which I have used for a while. Some people don't like the touch bar and touch screen AF (instead of joystick) but I quite like those features once I am used to them.

  Now cheaper to buy Canon R from Camera Warehouse on eBay, same ad price but with 10% discount code = $2069 delivered, quite good considering the battery grip is $599 RRP, currently on sale ~$300.
