Not sure. They seem to have excess boxes and may want to clear them.
Last i checked they were still $55 each. This is most likely Overstock. So would most likely be a store markdown.

Will take a long time to finish 5 kgs of dates.
But think of all the fibre, it will result in time saving on the toilet.
Use them for desserts and freeze them. I make Raw Cacoa balls and freeze them.

Put them in the freezer (away from vent). I have mine in the door shelf of freezer. They don't freeze solid abd are edible straight away. I prefer them this way to just keeping in fridge. I've kept tgem for many months abd they still taste great.
