  • the book discusses how to get into a Windows operating system without a username or password and how to hide an IP address to avoid detection. It explains how to find virtually anything on the Internet and explores techniques that hackers can use to exploit physical access, network access, and wireless vectors.

    Seems like an interesting read

Interesting, but from 2012. Might miss a few new MOs.

      hogwarts?

  • the reviews for all 3 of these books are so-so. Even when free it seems borderline whether they're worth skimming, based on what people say. Don't how it the list price would ever have been justified, even when they were published

Is this a new Harry Potter sequel?

    • I was going to suggest "Harry Potter and the Gut Full of Worthless IT Books" but I took a look at the Black Arts book and while it's not perfect at a glance it contains some interesting (but certainly not cutting edge) information on Windows attacks. It's very long winded though.
