Quality on reviews seem questionable to okay - but for $14, I'm not going to complain (too much).

      I ordered the other one…

Nice to see other amputees here…

You've still got it, JV. (keep applying the cream)

        • Will it come out too soon?

      • I almost spat my drink out laughing… Have you considered a career in standup comedy, JV?

  • +2

OP, you have really undersold this deal 🤣

    • +5

      undersoled?

  • -1

    Standard price $20 🤷‍♂️

    • +1

Clearly says $30 on the one linked which is on sale for $20 Then first brings it down to 13.99 shipped more than a 50 per cent saving

    • $90 at amazon

    • -7

If this was a "global brand" - these would be $200+ RRP and "on sale" for $120 odd with free delivery - bargain lol
I'm curious to see a head to head test / comparison between these boots and a few branded 😅

      • +14

Ben Sherman is a pretty big global brand..

      • +4

Lmao have you not heard of Ben sherman?

        • -6

I'm not quite a fashionista like yourself :)

          • @Sneaky1: It's a global brand but these are cheap boots made of pleather that'll fall apart after a dozen wears.

A quality goodyear-welted trench boot like Red Wing iron rangers will last decades and look good doing it, so long as you get them resoled every 5-10 years depending on wear.

    • I got the Kogan Premium to bring the price down but how do I actually cancel it so they charge me at the end of the trial period?

      • Next to your username (on the top right in desktop) there will be a drop down thing. One of the options under there is 'Kogan First'. Click on that and you'll see a big red button to cancel your trial.

      • +2

My advice is to not cancel it if you want to be charged at the end of the trial period.

  • +3

do you buy these for fighting in the trenches of WW1?

  • +8

Ah, another part of the OzB uniform.

  • Thank you, my 'mens boot' alert paying dividends

  • ARe these US Sizes or UK sizes in the website dropdown?

    • +1

      Clearly says US

      • thank you sir

  • +1

Nothing to complain about for this price. Absolute bargain.:-)

  • +2

For $14, it's a good deal even if I only wear them once

    • +8

      Damn you expensive lol

  • Thanks OP, ordered both using 14 day free trial. In my haste to order I forgot cashback :( ah well

  • They look awful.. Even the pic they look like the cheapest of "pleathers"..

      • (secretly buys a pair).
      • +2

The 'ol there will be more units available for me strategy. That's the 3rd time I've fallen for that this week

  • -2

Honestly what's the point in buying boots that will last a dozen wears? This isn't really saving money, it's just buying cheap junk :/

  • +3

    beware the size running bigger,
usually US 8 will not equal to 274mm

    • The sizing seems to be almost 2cm or nearly an inch bigger than typical, do boots usually run this much larger?

      • Thick socks I say

  • +2

Doesn’t seem like they double check your card or phone number for if you’ve had a First trial before - just ordered with the free trial and I’ve signed up before.

  • Bought 1

    Thanks OP

My size is 10 so hopefully US11 will fit.

    • +3

You should have sized down, not up IMO. Men’s boots tend to size larger

  • Ordered one, thanks OP

  • not for me… but on ya for keeping everyone shod at a bargain price!

  • Think with a little sand paper and sound brownp polish you could make them look less shit?

    • It's pleather. You'll destroy the thin veneer with sanding, and there won't be anything to polish..

  • Thanks op bought 2 :)

  • Still US size 12 and 13 available - NOT OUT OF STOCK. Most people must have small feet. I was US 13 at age 14.

Did anyone receive boots with mould growing on the side? Mine just arrived and have contacted support.

    • LMFAO :D

    • +1

Do you mean on the back of the heel? I assumed it be dried glue residue. It rubbed right off without issue.

  • Just got mine. These run small and the heel support is so damn hard. Very uncomfortable.

  • Mine arrived earlier in the week - the soles were mouldy so hopefully I can clean them up. For $13.99, in terms of the quality of the shoe, I can't complaint though. Mould is annoying though.

  • +1

Yep, mine were mouldy AF. Probably should not breath it in.

  • i rate this deal a 4.3/5 on the ozbargain danger scale. good job OP :D

  • Mine came out fine. Size 8.

  • The Birk shoes are an orange colour, look nothing like the image. Boots are ok. For the price not too bad.

  • +1

My boots arrived mouldy as well. I sent photos to support and received a refund and told no need to return them.
