ShopBack Cellarmasters Dispute

I am in dispute with Shopback/Cellarmasters over a purchase made back in March this year.

It was a Cellarmasters buy 2 cases of wine and get one free offer.

My concern is Shopback and or Cellarmasters have deleted the offer from Ozbargain history.

Is this possible?

I know it has been deleted because I made a comment on Ozbagain about the Shopback/Cellarmasters offer and now I cannot locate it in my Ozbagain account/comments section.

If it has been deleted, does Shopback/Cellarmasters have something to hide?

    Use TWAM.

    I can see an unpublished deal as it was considered sockpuppeting. The deal title was "Buy 2 Cases of Wine and Get 12 Bottles of Premo Shiraz for Free (RRP $239.88) + 50% Cashback with ShopBack @ Cellarmasters"

      We discovered sockpuppeting from some employees of Cellarmasters and some of their deals removed and store banned.

      I've republished the deal for public interest, here. Your comment.

      Stores CAN''T delete their own deals nor do we do so unless they have done the dodgy or there is some compelling reason.

    Yes. Both of these firms are known to possess orbital mind control laser technology. It would be trivial for them to make the mods cover up your transaction.

    Thanks for the comments… much appreciated.

    Still no resolution despite numerous emails to Cellarmasters and Shopback. They blame each other and terrible customer service from both.

    I have sent a DM to the Shopback store rep ‘gotyourback’.
