      Price jack, promise everything and deliver nothing, impossible long wait times on phone and limited hours, they are excellent at being rubbish

  We were with Sumo. I didn't realise how much we were overpaying (it was a lot!) until we checked out https://compare.energy.vic.gov.au/

  If you're in Victoria, I'm sure you'll find much more than $50 savings by going through a different company you find on that website.

  after i signed up with them i became a victim of identity theft. and they connected the wrong house too.

  Seems like a regular deal with their last $50 bonus expiring 30 April

  Not that it matters, their rates are extremely uncompetitive and you will end up paying more in the long run.
