Wife frequently makes dough for pizza, bread, cookies and whatever. Today though, something came up and she interrupted me while I was playing some civ5 and asked me to mix some dough. By 3 minutes of mixing, I have had enough and decided to get a mixer for her upcoming birthday.

$150 ish on catch and everywhere else, $199 RRP.
Reviews seem pretty good 4.5stars 81 reviews or something.

    I have the XL and it is built like a tank. Probably the gears inside this mixer are plastic ones which will brake if you put it under load.

    Yeah I saw that too. But only 6 reviews vs the more reviews on Google. Most likely, they only went to product review when they were unsatisfied.
    Worst case; return to Amazon!

      Its probably because he's never kneaded dough, at least not properly. If you do it right, its quite therapeutic and wonderful to watch a globby mess become smooth dough.

      Warning: Takes up to 15 minutes!
