Nah…still disputing my cash back from ShopBack from April which is pending investigation. 😪

    • I've not had a single tracking issue in 20 odd transactions via their mobile app, I fail to see how people run into problems. Use the app, follow the rules (no coupons not listed etc.) and it's a piece of cake.

Good for you! Maybe you’ll understand when it happens to you… 👏

Some of the excuses from ShopBack are that it tracked on the app but the store did not pass on the commission so they can’t pay any cash back.

Report it to AFCA. If you have evidence, you will win. No cost. Simple as that. I file probably 15 reports a month … Telstra, Citibank, Flybuys, Coles, Flybuys , Flybuys, Woolworths, Cashrewards, Liberty fuel… Won almost every case. Hoping flybuys gets a nice fat fine as well. Nothing works as it should anymore and if we don't report, why would they change.
P.S. sadly only had one issue with shopback and they sorted it in 3 hrs.

          • @tunzafun001: Thanks, finally someone that understands.

Most of the time it’s not not worth the hassle for a few bucks…just a rant so the ShopBack mods will give feedback to their bosses. 👍

            • @ne-us: A report takes maybe 7mins, but up to you. Always good to vent. I feel your frustration!

              • Pro tip - have a generic complaint template in word and copy paste. Guarantee you will have the same thing over and over .

I had one not track early on with BWS and the link in the shopback app opened the BWS app but they resolved it after a couple of weeks I think. Luckily I didn't take the same approach as you and stop using them as I've had over $300 of cashbacks track successfully in the last 2 months.

        Good for you too! 👏

  • The 10% doesn't seem to be in their listed approved coupons for cashback right now….

    • shows up on front page of the mobile app. clearly says the code and 10% off store wide

Good deal but no alcohol for me. Please do eBay Amazon or kogan deal

It’s on their main banner icon.
    Code: clickcollect

But it’s not in the detail cashback page after clicking.

    • Too risky with this inconsistency, unless clarified or someone can confirm it tracked.

        Nah. She'll be right, mate!

        • Sitewide codes have historically always stacked.
        • Last time this occurred it stacked.

I'll be placing an order shortly, but I don't expect to receive the tracking email until after this offer expires. But that's moot anyway as tracking ≠ stacking (the order will still track even if it doesn't stack, in which case the cashback will be denied after up to 75 days).

    • Ok it has come thru as tracked.

FYI, if in doubt, always empty cart.
Close site and go back to shopback main page and click thru again,
my click activity shows like 7 or so click tracking attempts, because I was researching what I wanted, check prices, and forgot my (1stchoice) logins etc…

      Ordered via mobile app.

  • BEWARE:

We have completed the investigation and we regret to inform you that your Cashback has been rejected by the network.

Your cashback has been rejected for one of these reasons:
    1. Your order was cancelled, returned or exchanged, partially or fully.
    2. Your order did not fulfil the store's terms and conditions.
    3. Payment or stay was not completed.
    4. Clicking through to another page from a banner or ad on the store’s webpage whilst shopping.

    • I got the same one exactly today
They tracked and showed pending, I sent a request, and got this.
