Samsung 64" Plasma 3d TV PS64D8000 $1950 RRP $3219 (Factory 2nd Boxes but TV's brand new)

130

We purchased this TV today from www.electronicdeals.net.au for $1950 for one of our demo simulators. The price was $1999 but they did it for $1950 if you are not using a credit card. Purchased it over the phone and organised our own freight to Gold Coast, they have been great to deal with so far but i guess we will no more when receiving the product next week.

Just for comparison we rang JB and asked if they could price much as we would prefer purchasing from them as we usually buy out TV's from them. The best they could do was $2670 *their ticket price is $2999

Previous post on Ozbargain had the TV for $2599 on the 5/1/12

The TV's are factory 2nd's due to a little bit of damage on boxes however still have 1 year warranty. Looks like an amazing TV for under $2000!

Quite high but better than I thought it would be for such a huge plasma

    • It actually has a 4 star energy rating which is surprising, it shouldn't be too bad.

      • sure, you just have to turn your heating off when you're watching this monster lol.

  • not bad

  • Are the boxes opened or still sealed? If they're opened then they could be returns.

  • I can highly recommend this store. I purchased a 40" Series 7 2010 Samsung LED 3D TV from them a couple of weeks ago for $800. (7mm long scratch on the front bezel under the screen). +$140 for 5 years warranty. The staff were very helpful.

Samsung seconds yes, but go and look the TVs over, turn them on in store, test them and then add extended warranty for peace of mind.

My 3D syncing was playing up, so within a day they had a Samsung repair man at my house and it was all fixed. Fantastic service.
