Sofia's Balwyn is running this as an ongoing (I think) promotion as there are billboards on the shop too, although the website states dinner Mon - Tue only, I just came back today and the special was still running. You get a choice of porterhouse steak, fish of the day or chicken parma for only 12.00 on its own, extras like fries, salads are 2.5 each. The serving size of the steak is very generous too, yum yum!

Meh. Sofia's quality is really lacking.. good for cheap food, but dont expect anything above average.

The quality of their food is not very consistent. That's for sure.

$14.50 is not exactly cheap. You get what you pay for with food. Particulary at La Porchetta/Sofias style resaturants.
