    Was in previous Deal @$8

Bought equivalent fan @$4 in Target 3 weeks ago. Kmart fan was then $15.
But that lacks handy charger base & only 3 speed. (Added a simple base.)
In use beside me now for a nice breeze @26C (on lowest speed).

Will check price in store tomorrow.

    • Imo 3 speed is better than 5 as you rarely need that fine gradients. Kmart one also doesn't have a speed indicator either (they have battery indicator instead).

However for $4 you can't be fussy lol

      • Like led torches - cycling through settings can be tedious. 3 speed is fine - depends on lowest & highest speeds. Mainly use on lowest speed.

Only indicator on Target fan is a single blue / red charge LED. In use the blue led is always on - the fan just stops when battery is too low. Covered the LED, as isn't much use in my use. (Expect the White fan would bleed the blue light through the case.)

Fan speed really shouldn't need an indication beyond the breeze. Clicking through until it turns off is fine in use.

I like the fan - use on desk or beside bed. So a base is a great idea!
Creates a nice quiet breeze close by.

  • What colour was the label?

Kmart prices including clearance are nationwide (red, yellow or white ticket). No need to list store location in the title in these cases with exception of where the prices are a hand written sticker or a printed sheet of paper (not a ticket).

Yellow tag but unsure whether it counts as a ticket. Size is about half of an A4 sheet.

  • Have both from Kmart and Target, Kmart is much better

    • Good to know. Will check local Kmart tomorrow - shows in stock. Test, then likely will return Target fan.
Am surprised how much the fan gets used - only on desktop.

      • Very useful during summer outing

        • I was more interested in the cheap 1800mA 18650 lithium battery & built in micro-USB battery charger (sealed in plastic case) - just remove the fan.

I bought a target one for $1.50 on Friday, seems to be in store only though (had lots of stock left at my store).

    • That's what happens @Target…
      $15, $5, bought @$4, now $1.50! Think I'll get my $4 back - kept the box & receipt.

Bought clothes @50% off, 2 weeks later price had dropped further 50% off. Returned & repurchased!

      • Replied to wrong comment

    • Holysmoke, $1.5……gonna check it out next time

    • Bought a few today @$1.50.
About 20 left at Carindale, Brisbane.

Tried 2 kmart in Brisbane… "$12 on clearance", scanned at $8😞

About 100 on display at 1 store.
It's shorts & t-shirt weather today - will try again when it cools down.

    • Dang bad luck dude. At least you have the Target ones at $1.5 😍

    • At least you have the Target

  • Target have reduced the 40cm remote controlled pedestal fans from $29 to $9.50!

  • Checked again in Brisbane - still $8.

About 50 on shelf at Carindale, Brisbane @$3!!
It was worth the wait - was $8
Returned my $4 hand fan to Target.

That's dedication right there. Congrats on getting the best bargain @$3 :)

      • I wasn't going to pay an exorbitant $4!!!😊

Was returning at Target today (made a $5 profit - refunded more than I paid), so went looking for Deals in Kmart. A profitable day, with a few freebies as well.
