  highly recommend a square/rectangle one over a circular one if you are using it in the oven. you get so much more real estate to cook on and its easier to transfer things on and off it.

      yep, make sure you put it in the oven before you turn it on. if you put it in a preheated oven, it can break

  Edit; The official salt and pepper website states;
