  • my order not even shipped out yet

    • They usually ship from overseas and won't start tracking until it arrives in Australia.

    • mine says "EXPECTED DISPATCH DATE: 20 APRIL 2021". hopefully it's today

  • I wonder if Nintendo will release a pro 2 controller with the coming new switch announcement.

    Ordered 11.4.21
    Arrived. 21.4.21

    • Luck you. my ordered 13/04 and then "EXPECTED DISPATCH DATE: 28 APRIL 2021"

      • Same 28 here

        • Same and still hasn't been shipped out yet.

          • @victor766: yeah past 28……

          • @victor766: I'm confused. The HeyBattery seller page says all items are in stock in their Melbourne warehouse and will be dispatched within 72 hours. Meaning it should only take a week or so to arrive after ordering. Is this a lie? :s

            • @pe arl: From experience, I ordered on the 19th, by the 28th (before cancelling) they were still 4 days on back order so yes, it is incorrect. Is it an intentional lie or poor management? I don't know the answer. Potentially they will have a buffer of local stock once demand diminishes and the listing will become accurate, my advice is just don't trust it.

              • @conza: I asked and their response was that the items are sent from their Melbourne warehouse, but they use "third-party logistics" so it takes several days to be passed onto Australia Post. I've never heard of this before. Using a third party that takes 2+ weeks just to hand parcels to the local post office down the road? Right…

    • arrived today out of the blue.
