anybody know if you can still get the $200 vouchers through the Loyalty chat? If so can you still stack with the $50 sign up voucher? I couldn't trade anything in last deal for the s21, so I missed that, but I might get the A72 if I can get $250 off direct through Samsung. (don't have a edu email, so can't use the EP)
What is a loyalty chat $200 voucher? I have not heard about it before. How do people usually get it ?
through a link to the Loyalty chat….I think you have to have a samsung phone to start the chat or some sort of samsung item….hence loyalty. It was on another thread about the $500 trade in bonus recently for the s21 series of phones. at that time you could stack the 3 codes ($500, $200 loyalty bonus + $50 sign up bonus on top of whatever amount they said your phone was worth as trade in, but they changed it so you could no longer stack the $200 chat bonus with the $500 trade in bonus as some people were getting the phone for a few hundred dollars doing it that way…ozbargained lol)

@souths123: They gave a me a voucher that will only work on s21 and note series not any of these models
Has anyone had any problem redeeming the buds. I bought a Samsung A52 from JB today and when I entered the IMEI number on the site to redeem the buds it comes up with an error message that the IMEI number is invalid.
try again tomorrow, or even Monday. Maybe it takes a while for the system to register that you purchased that phone through JB. If that fails ring Samsung on Monday.

Hi, I purchased samsungA32 yesterday and tried to redeem same day and also today 12/04/21m with no success. Just wondering if your redemption via samsung worked?
@soos: I was able to successfully submit the redeem request today, you may want to call samsung and ask about your IMEI.
I am experiencing the same issue, we bought A series phone yesterday and got the same error upon redemption. Today i called Samsung support and after being 1.5 hour in queue - CS advised they have escalated this with their promotions team and will take around 2 days.
@Drizzy1991: I think i found my issue, i just waited a few more days. I purchased on Sunday, i could see it was still in 'pending' status on credit card app for 2 days. By Wednesday i successfully submitted via Samsung redemption and it worked!
After having contact with Samsung a couple of times the code worked a few days later. Received the buds today which is fantastic
