I know that PC Authority is not as good as it once was, but this still seems like a good deal for 12 Issues plus Free Norton Internet Security 2012 which is worth about $20.
PC & Tech Authority Plus Norton 2012 for $49.95

Don't know, but I'm pretty sure Symantec stuff works on a subscription basis. You get a licence for a year of '360' but can upgrade as soon as there's a newer version, I think so anyway.
Click on More Info button,
Select Country.
Select 1 year subscription with Norton Internet Security 2012.
(Apologies that I said 360 originally)I see.
Do you know is the Internet Security 2012 for 1 user or 3 users?
who reads tech magazines anymore? Everything has better coverage and way more up to date on the web.
Also if you have broadband connection this negates the requirement for the CD/DVD included usually full of bloatware.
Good deal if you really want Norton
Last time they had this offer (around April last year?) I subscribed but the software never arrived. When I rang them about it they said they had run out of copies of Norton and instead increased my magazine subscription to 15 months instead of 12.
Where does it say include Norton 360?
And what version is that?
