    Bouquet & Bonsai OOS now, received an email saying my order for Bouqet was confirmed so hopefully it ends up coming, was just finishing order for Bonsai but wouldn't let me finish order due to insufficient stock

      Depends on what your tracking number starts with. If it's 44PDJ, it'll be sent by the warehouse and your chances of it arriving in a box is greater. If it doesn't, it'll be sent by a store and unless they also bubble wrap it, it'll probably be in one of those plastic bags.

      When I used to work at DJs and send LEGO sets to my friend, I'd add two layers of bubble wrap and half a dozen fragile stickers 'cause I know how valuable an undamaged LEGO set is

    Bah, just received the crocodile loco from this sale and although the post packaging was good (big box, lots of scrunched paper wadding around it) … the Lego box itself is trashed. A horizontal crush mark across the entire face of the box, lots of corner dings and a shitty non-removable store magnet sticker on the side.

    I'm a builder not a collector but half my attraction to Lego is the beautiful box art. Target and Big-Dubs have always sent out boxes in better condition than this, so I expected similar, if not a bit better from DJs.

    Good luck to others on getting a box with only 6 faces!

      Same for me. It’s because they stored it diagonally in the box and it didn’t fit so they forced it in. Admins this is twice now.

    444523 were the first 6 digits of my tracking number (Express Post). Does that indicate point of origin? or how crushed the box will be :-)

      That was sent by a store, hence the non-removable store magnet sticker. I ordered the Bonsai and the Bouquet; Boquet was sent in a plastic bag by a store in Sydney that's not Elizabeth Street and although they tried their best in protecting it with bubble wrap, it still got crushed.

      They need to put fragile stickers on these boxes.

        I got my lot from the warehouse and boxes were scratched up and two of the biggest sets had crushed and dented boxes. I complained and they told me to return it to the store. Also ordered with gift wrapping for protection but none were wrapped.

          Heh, gift wrapping ain't gonna protect your LEGO sorry.

          Hope you didn't pay for the gift wrapping; what a rort if you did and they didn't gift wrap it (although they just put it into a box these days instead of wrapping it with paper it seems)

            @kerfuffle: It was complementary but it's usually pretty good if they use the boxes as they use bubble wrap and tissue paper inside to ensure a snug fit inside the gift boxes.
