The two GTA 'expansions' are worth it for sure if you haven't played them yet. Ballad of Gay Tony was actually a lot more enjoyable than the main story of GTA4 I found, lot more fun missions and over-the-top challenges :) Lost and the Damned seemed just like more of the same of the original GTA4, so maybe less of a priority.
