  Nice to see Wood and Co coming on board! My local has used them for years and I've been getting beans from them occasionally. The twin peaks is great.
  Even though Ive got some marimbus in the freezer, I cant go past 1kg of Cartel at that price!

  What are the roast dates like on day of shipping? I normally get beans that are as fresh as possible so they don’t go stale by the time I use them up.

    Every time I've ordered from here, I received beans roasted no longer ago than 7 days. Most of the time its about 3-5 days, and twice this year I've received beans literally roasted the day before they arrived in my letterbox :o

  I'll add a brief recommendation for these guys - I've had two orders from them, and both times coffee arrived crazy fast, given I'm in a regional area, and had been roasted only 2-3 days before. Communication has been clear and friendly.

      6527 , received an email from auspost at 150 am saying it’s on its way, expected delivery by Tuesday.

      The tracking provided with my order doesn’t match the one from the auspost email - the one from my order still says pending but the auspost tracking has updates, saying they received it Wednesday arvo and it was processed post midnight thurs morning

      Sucks that I’m out of beans though! Guess I’ll grab some cheap stale ones from woolies haha

        Sorry again about this.

        Just wanted to confirm again that these orders were dispatched to the business hub on Tuesday.

        I reached out to our contact and they said there was an internet issue at the business hub and this caused the delay. Not sure about this - but that's what they're saying…

        Please do let me know if the coffee doesn't taste great by the end and I'll fix this up for you.

  Just a thing to think about, particularly if public holidays are involved;

  It generally takes 2 days for an express post item to get delivered to Perth. My parcel today is showing as received by Australia Post today, but it was prepared and (advertised as intended on being sent) yesterday. I’m going to get my package on Tuesday because of this. Alternatively if it was actually posted on Tuesday I would get it tomorrow.

  Just a consideration, especially since my coffee will now be spending 4 days in a hot warehouse not being drunk!

    I do apologise about the delay - I'm not sure why this wasn't scanned until today. I'll be following this up with our account manager.

    For context, we had your coffee packed and dispatched to the Auspost Business hub yesterday.

    So frustrating that your coffee may end up in transit for four days :(
