From the land that invented Vodka, Poland has the best vodkas you can buy, and Zubrowka is absolutely fantastic and best drunk ice cold in a shot glass, but some prefer it with a bit of Apple juice.

Bison Grass has a long history in Poland and was once the drink of nobility. Using harvested Bison grass, the grass is dried then used to flavour the spirit with a single blade left in each bottle. As quite an aromatic Vodka, it is best enjoyed ice cold and neat.

  Highly recommended with apple juice (cloudy, as above). I've heard this mix called "Apple Pie", and when I tasted it, I agreed with the name completely!
