Google Charged Me Twice

Thanks to the good people of OzBargain I purchased myself a Chromecast with Google TV from Google for $139.99 with the netflix subscription.

A total of 10 days latee I have been charged the same amount again as a recurring subscription.

How do I contant them directly to have this resolved? Its beyond ridiculous

      I thought that would have been the first point of contact to try resolve the issue….

      Google doesn't exactly have a "contact us" option anywhere apart from putting in a ticket with expected weeks waiting.

      Ive done as such but I was curious to see if anyone knew of a way to contact them directlt

        If they don't get back to you in a day or two start a PayPal dispute or credit card chargeback. And if PayPal make sure to remove the payment authorisation so they can't keep doing it.

          I removed the authorisation to avoid it happening again straight away. Thanks for the advice

    If you paid by PayPal, go to you account get your payment details to google, PayPal usually provide valid email to payees. I got some emails addresses to contacts directly with businesses, who has only website contact with us options.
