    No affiliate links allowed, better edit it out brotato

        Nothing wrong with affiliate links provided it isn't the main link…

        It's the main reason GMG deals are posted so often:

        http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/61085

        Need I go on? Your negative hardly seems fair given it has nothing to do with the post. If you feel they are breaking the rules, report it…

        Regardless, a very good deal as it hasn't been below $15 before now that I'm aware of.

          Agreed. Too many "negs" on basis which should consequent to a report.

          NEG = Bad Bargain
          REPORT = Broken Rule

          obviously, this should be reported rather than negged.

        • referral links are allowed depending on the moderator according the rules, just not as the main link.

        • It was $10 on amazon just over a week ago.

          At least this is slightly less dodgy, given you don't have to pretend to be from the US :)

        • I would rather pretend and get 20% off this price.

        • but its not $10 now… its $17… $12 if you can get a $5 off code.

        • That isn't the point…. He said that it hasn't been below $15, which it has. Your post is irrelevant.

    Cities in Motion is now 60% = $15.99

      Thanks! Updated.

  • Whoo this is cheap!

  • They just like giving this game away, don't they? :P

  • I don't understand why you lot seem to be against affiliate links if they are posting a genuine bargain. It's like you tight arses are upset if another tight arse gets a dollar out of your spend.

    • AFAIK Ozbargain has its own affiliate program (for nonmembers) and affiliate links mess up its revenue. That's how members don't see ads.

  • +1

    Just a point of correction. Referral link rules are stated in the rules, http://www.ozbargain.com.au/wiki/help:deal_posting_guideline…. It is consistent between all moderators.

    If you want to put your affiliate link in then put it in the description only, and not the main link. People should have the choice whether to go through your link. Before we had this rule, people were throwing up links to all kinds of junk to promote their affiliate links. iherb is coming to mind.

    Has nothing to do with OzBargain making money. Where it does interfere is the cashback that users can gain through links to starthere (formerly moneybackco). Greenmangaming is not listed on starthere. Just hit the report button.
