    Good tents and good price.

Naturehike tents are always great value for money. However, these prices for the standard Cloud Up and Mongar don't look like deals IMO unless you need one soon. Off the top of my head, I'd personally be looking to pay closer to $150 for the Mongar 2p and $120ish for the Cloud Up 2 during sales on aliexpress.

The 10D light yellow Cloud Up might be a good price, not sure. Certainly a great deal for a tent that light even if it can be had cheaper elsewhere.

I started the hobby with a cloud up 2 upgraded. I can recommend it but it's like a sleeping bag in the fact you scoot into it and it feels enclosed. I moved on to the Big Agnes Copper Spur UL2.

I don't think I wasted my money getting the Cloud Up2 upgraded. When starting you need something and this is cheap, light and well made. Then you get to decide what you really want. Big Agnes, Hel Sport etc.

I've been seriously toying with the idea of getting a Cloudup2 because I wouldn't mind going back to a freestanding tent, but yeh, I'm not a fan of the idea of crawling in the end, I suspect it may be an issue with my dodgy knees… All my past tents have been side entry which I quite like, I think it would take too much for me to adjust to an end-entry….

Also in the middle of the night when the weather is shocking I like I can just unzip my sleeping bag, unzip a side flap, and pee out the back-side door, lol…

  • Hello

Can a Naturehike rep advise on two questions please

How is the pack size length of the 2 person cloud up 40cm which is longer than the 1 person at 45cm? Are the pole segments shorter on the 2 person?

Also can you please confirm with regards to weight the 10d cloudup says 930 grams without accessories and 1400g with? What are the accessories? Are the ground sheet and poles counted as accessories?

    Thank you
