  These are very hit and miss, my original is still going strong for 2 years, it lives in the shower and only needs recharging once a month, got girlfriend one, battery died within a month, got her another and the on button stuffed up within 2 weeks, it still works but is dodgy.

  You can get replacement heads on aliexpress for a couple of bucks for 5.

  When working they are comparable to the Phillip's sonicare series.

    Faulty Xiaomi product? I wonder if how she was using it caused complete failure of the battery.

      I thought that also but it was strange since I've always used mine in the shower and she doesn't and somehow water got into hers and killed the battery but not mine.

      edit: Now that I think of it she would often brush for a lot more than the 2 minute timer as she just found out about her periodontitis which may have burnt out the motor/battery.
