    Not doing it again!

    Made the mistake of factoring the cash back into the out of pocket price and the cash back was declined so overall not a good deal.

    We have appealed this missing cashback claim with the merchant and found that the merchant has deemed ShopBack ineligible to earn commissions on this transaction which results in us being unable to pass the cashback along to you.

    No specific reason given.

    When ordering I followed all the rules, started fresh (not with items in the cart), clicked through from SB, Notifier also confirmed it was active, only used published coupon from SB.

    So next time I will only buy if the price is good.
    The CB is just a bonus if it happens.

    Does anyone know if the use of Everday Rewards dollars voids the cashback?

    EDIT: Apologies, I reread the post properly and Woolworth dollars cannot be used.

    Used the shopback app and still my purchase didnt track. Now I see a lot of my purchases never tracked and now its too late to file a claim.
