Threadless Delivery Times

I ordered about 16 T-shirts for myself and my wife from this sale…

According to Threadless, they were shipped on the 31st of November but they have still have not arrived? I realise this is the Christmas period and everything, but didn anyone else get their shirts from the same sale yet?

Has anyone had an experience with Threadless deliveries not turnign up? if so, how did they respond to the issue? I'll wait till the 3rd before I send an email.

I'm in Perth BTW, so delivery times are likely longer?

"This shipment was sent via Standard Flat Rate. Expected delivery is between December 6 and December 20, but no later than January 3."

    Shipped from America can take up to 5 weeks or more from most online retailers, and from what I've been told by people who run these online companies in the USA (I know a few), Western Australia seems to take a bit longer on top of that.

    No idea why, but yeah..

    I ordered some Ts from Threadless with standard shipping to Melbourne on the 7th December and got mine about 1-2 weeks ago.
    They did say it could take up to the 10th Jan though…

      Same as me, they vary quite a lot depending on sales, time of ordering etc. I've been ordering from them for quite a long time and they always arrive. If not, contact their customer service, they are great!

    Bought 17 shirts on the 11th of December. Was apparently shipped on the 13th.

    I still haven't received it, and the delivery email said to expect it between December 19th to January 2nd.

    I'm in Melbourne by the way.

      Update on this.

      My friend bought 3 shirts on 12th of December, and they just got delivered to a Melbourne CBD address this morning.

      I bought mine the day before but still haven't got them. I live in the suburbs so that might be the problem.
