I can vouch for it's hotness. I do feel that they are emphasising too much on the chilli spiciness, as opposed to an all rounded spiciness that other ingredients could add on (sambal terasi comes into mind. Not the same purpose, but an example).

Once you've tried Uncle Mungos all other chilli sauces just seem like chili and vinegar. Treat yourself and have some flavour ! (Im not associated with them , I just love it!)

if you want something more authentic get the Cap Ibu Sambal products at Asian groceries… the Sambal Jawa is authentic to my hometown…
I prefer the original for the taste.
The problem with ABC sauce is the bottles always lean to the left.

Hah, just bought this 2 days ago, dang! The Extra chilli has more additives, so if you like to keeps things more natural the original has less numbers.
