  • These are great. Bought 2 in the past and they are holding up very well. If you do intensive sport or have back/muscle aches they really do help. For the price of one massage session

  • Ordered one OP.
Got a sprain today in my upper back for the second time in 6 months. Experimenting to see how it performs.
    Cheers

  • So, after 20 minutes, how long does it need to rest before able to use it again?

    • +2

Yes, what is the refractory period?

      • I think it's about 5-10 minutes

        • Oh to be young again. I'll just roll over and see you in the morning.

  • this product is so bad in quality!

it will turn it self on randomly.

and when in use, it often randomly adjust the setting

I have to throw it out cos it was waking the whole family up in the middle of the night, because the noise it's making.

    • My experience has been fine, had it for over 3 years now no problems.

Based on what you said, it sounds like you've probably got dirt and gunk built up around the buttons, causing them to engage from a light movement.

      • -1

no, I bought it in Dec, and chucked it out in Jan, only had it for a few weeks, it's very clean no dirt no gunk. just internal programming issue.

        • Sounds like it was just faulty. I'm pretty sure they would have sent you a replacement? and easy to do so since it's via Amazon.

        • Your not the smartest kid on the block if you threw out a brand new faulty item instead of returning it for a refund/replacement.

          • -4

@DiscoJango: not worth the hassle of contacting them, the back and forth of proving it is faulty, then go to post office and send it back and wait for another one to arrive, my time is worth more than that.

  • bought one of these 3 years ago and it's still going strong. Still solid and does everything is meant to and battery is fine. The different heads are nice, I like the wide 3-pronged one for the light back pain I get after sitting at the desk all day long.
Bought it at $45, so for $34 that's a pretty good price. Might try one of those muscle gun things next time though?
