    I'm so confused…listing and reviews state it has a sweeping second hand but it doesn't appear to be in the youtube links….

    Does anyone know if the second hand sweeps or not? Thought it would be the perfect cheap quartz watch with a sweeping second hand.

      It actually says "sweep" second hand, which I think refers to the fact that it has a central second hand, rather than on a subdial. It's odd that they would highlight that as a feature, might as well say it has an adjustable strap.

      If you have an Apple Watch, that’s definitely the way to go.

      If not, the battery life in this is several orders of magnitude better. And it’s $28.

    Mine has arrived. I really like it. I was surprised to see a leather strap. It also has a very nice dial - I would say art deco. Very good value and great quality for the price - I'm surprised it was so cheap. I've bought it for a friend who works in child care - if she doesn't like it, I will be happy to add it to the collection 😏

        I assumed it is. It looks like it is - a typical sewn split leather strap. I'd have to do a cross section cut to check it and I won't do that. For sure the outer crocodile like skin embossed part may not be leather, or indeed the whole strap may not be leather. It does have a stamp "genuine leather China" on it, if that has any value. So now I have to say I don't know. I think if it isn't leather that it won't effect the longevity of the strap though, so not a biggy for me. Good question; it doesn't effect my view / opinion of the watch though.

        My friend didn't want it - she thought it was too big. I've been wearing it. I would buy it again for $28, for that I think it is great value. At $65 I start thinking about what you can get with casio etc 😊. Mine isn't perfect - hand alignment is a bit off, and the crown just sticks out too far. I wear watches with crowns at 3 o clock position on my right wrist so that is not an issue. My concern with this one is getting bent - it sticks out more than most. I think only a watch enthusiast would notice the alignment - it isn't much and that is assuming the tips of mickey's index fingers. The dial on this, at this price point, is exceptional and a nice style. The art deco style means I can wear this - it doesn't look feminine or like a kids watch, despite mickey 😃. The colors and tones are really well done - the picture does not show this.
