I am looking for a laptop that can handle most games for around $1500-$1600. I really dislike the look of most gaming laptops with the bright keyboards and colourful designs, lol. I used to have a Dell but their service was attrocious so I would like to steer clear from them. Let me know if this is a reasonable thing to ask for. Thanks in advance!

Second for Metabox, They have sales often and can get 18 - 25% depending on base model, but the best thing is, you can custom litterally everything inside to your liking.

That’s pretty good. Expected $200-$300 over budget. Deal is expired but maybe similar price elsewhere
Lenovo Legion Y540 for $1399? A bit older CPU (i7-9750H) but also comes with 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD and GTX 1660 Ti.
After spending the morning out looking at laptops this might be hard to beat.
Thoughts on this laptop? $1,119.20, it looks too good to be true.

1650Ti is something like GTX 1060 class performance. So I'm not sure $1119.20 is too good to be true, would say that it's a reasonable price for Entry level gaming.
Have seen 1660 Super Laptops for $1.3k, 1660Ti for $1k
RTX 2060 laptops for around $1.5k
RTX 3060 laptops for $1800, maybe even around $1.6k if you settle for the MSI GF65 Thin 10UE-208AU
I agree, there's better! But I also wanted a laptop that didn't look like a gaming laptop because I will be using in a workplace! Thanks for your suggestions

Mine has been bulletproof for a few years now. The lighting of their RGB keyboards (and most other brands of laptops) can be dimmed down or turned off.
