    Order and get free shipping, items not in stock and end up with measly digital voucher refunds that expire

    Harass customer service for additional free shipping voucher (time soak) and buy socks (time soak) so you can spend the original $ on semi acceptable item

      If they can't deliver what you ordered you just refuse gift card, demand refund, escalate to Fair Trading / dispute the transaction with your bank.
