Hey all, another 'bargain' I found while doing Boxing Day shopping.
Baskets of USB sticks from brands such as Lexar and Memorex (I don't remember the other brands they had in there). As said in the title, they ranged from 4GB ($4) to 32GB ($32). For comparison, a Lexar 16GB from Officeworks retails for as cheap as $20. Obviously, there is a limit of 6 per customer (although I'm not sure if it is for one specific stick or just in general).
Also in the baskets were $10 4-port USB hubs from Targus and Belkin. (Googling gave me $20 RRP from HT for the one I got [http://www.ht.com.au/part/AA408-Belkin-4-Port-Drumstick-Travel-Hub-hub-4-ports-desktop/detail.hts]).
As always, I'm not too sure if they are still there/offering them cheap, nor if this offer is happening at the other Joyce Maynes around the country (frankly, I doubt it).
$1 per GB is good for USB flash.
Can't wait for these prices to come down further.
