I know this is not amazing prices for the 5600X but it's the best we can offer with the current circumstances. We have 10 in stock and have another 25 coming early next week.

Again, not the lowest price we have ever seen for the 3600 but overall not too bad for the full retail box w cooler.

We will be getting 10 more 5800X's in next week @ $659 each so keep your eyes out on the website for stock updates if you are interested.

            @Titan Tech: Unsure if your phone line is dead or not - but I have repeatedly tried to contact you regarding status of the order I have with you - Order 749.
            I have tried FB, Phone and Discord and have had no luck reaching you.

            For everyone’s benefit - I ordered a 5800X, and was told it was delivered last Monday. Bearing in mind that I also live in Sydney, delivery should have been in 1-2 business days, so I should have received it by now.
            No tracking number provided - so still don’t know whether it has been delivered, Issac said he would provide that number by EOB on Friday, yet still haven’t gotten any update since then.
            Hopefully not ignoring my enquiries otherwise would hate to have to initiate a chargeback process. If not, would appreciate an update on where my order is - email preferable.

                  @ShushKebab: It can take up to 21 days to see what's happening, PC Case gear and Mwave, etc would make you wait the whole 21 days before refunding or replacing but I understand how frustrating that is as it happened to me many times. Are you able to call us on 1800 011 341?

    Which shipping company do you use? My order apparently shipped two days ago but the parcel tracking system can't find the tracking code yet.

    Just wanted to add my views after ordering with Issac from Titan Tech.
    I wasn't able to receive my order, which was delivered by him but he was able to secure me another copy of the 5800X. I do give him a thumbs up for his customer service, in providing me another one (free of charge). In terms of responding to enquiries, I do think there's some room for improvements but Tech Titan has its "heart" at the right place in trying to delivery some good deals on the PC part side.

    Unfortunately, it just seem like he's been dealt a bad hand with some of the Aus Post shenanigans.

    I purchased the 5600x the day of this posting, hours before the update on the post saying "4 Left in stock as of 6:41pm NSW time" but my order is still "Awaiting Fulfillment". Am I able to get an update on my shipment?

    Looks like the $659 price tag for the 5800x didn't happen… They are selling them for $689 apparently 😭

    Anyone heard anything from these guys recently? Order was showing as shipped but hasn't arrived. Tracking link, wasn't a link and no site in australia seems to register the code.
    Website's been down for 3-4 days at least
