Old vine cabernet sauvignon is the foundation stone for this showcase of Bordeaux grape varieties. Deep purple-garnet. A captivating single vineyard wine that melds the different grape personalities beautifully. Margaret River briary regional character on display with well-defined cabernet flavours in the cassis/crushed vine-leaf spectrum with kitchen mint and dark chocolate bitters.
