  Brought 10 bars from last free shipping deal. Great chocolate for the price. What impressed me the most was the packaging of my shipment. Chocolates were well insulated from melting in the summer heat and breakage.

  Beware their "Mixed Chocolate Seconds" - I received one that was around half licorice, which I obviously wouldn't have ordered if it had mentioned licorice anywhere in its listing.

  Upon reporting my disappointment to them (politely ;)) I received the equivalent of an email shrug.

  Totally recommend them, but their customer service isn't ideal. My last order arrived melted & emailed them but they didn't respond. Still, great chocolate, better to support a local business than a global chain brand.

  excellent chocolate - mixed choc seconds bag is great value, but as noted above, mix means lucky dip

  the physical factory in Junee is well worth the visit - wide selection, terrific cafe, historic building and local Ford/small motors museum next door (the dangers of owning a large shed)
