    Essentials White Sugar 3kg $2.70

    • Pay extra for the special edition packaging?

      • Don't forget the food colouring for extra pep.

        • +1

The colours they use are: paprika extract, carmine, curcumin, vegetable carbon, copper chlorophyll

          • @adamtuba: I know you are joking but there are lemon and lavender scented garbage bags that smell just like froot loops.

            • @Mickice: That's quite possible, but that was all copied from the ingredients list

  • Soo much sugar 🥺

    • -1

Obviously not a health food, but each serving does only contain 11.6g of sugar. Coke is 27g. An apple has 25g of sugar…

        Fructose vs sucrose.
Don't start the whole "Apple juice is worse for you than Coke" if you don't understand basic biology.

        • I was actually replying to the vague comment 'so much sugar'. But thank you for clarifying that Dr Pennypincher

@adamtuba: I've let the "Apple has 25g sugar" slip but for the sake of correcting misinformation, a green apple has 9 grams of sugar and it depends on variety. An NLEA serving of 242g is up to 25 grams of sugar, but the average apple size is far less (~150g). Averages out at around 10-12% of fructose.

By comparison, a 30 gram serving of fruit loops has 11.6 grams or 38.8% sucrose. That's before even adding milk.

Check your facts before pulling something out of your ass.

      • Note that 11.6g sugar is based on their tiny serving size. A lot of people eat double the serving size or more

  • Same at Perth Airport as well.

  • How can this be two health stars?

I think they rated the cardboard box.

    • If the paid the heart foundation, they could get a tick for being low fat.

  • Same price at Costco Epping as well

  • That's a lot of froot loop milk.

  • Available in Marsden Park NSW

  • Hehe good comments.

At Woolworths on the weekend, I saw this was half price and almost grabbed a box. These are complete and utter junk food, but they do taste awesome. Was my favourite as a kid, Coco Pops on second. I pretty much never buy them any more since my kids are old enough to ask for some if they see me eating it (yeah they ain’t getting any of this junk).

Talking about the kids, we get them Messy Monkeys here and there, they aren’t too bad but still taste pretty good. And they aren’t Kellogg’s.

The only Kellogg’s cereals we buy are Sultana Bran and All Bran.
