just curious, did you register .com and .org to prevent people register ie ozbargain.com to impersonate your website of ozbargain.com.au?
I did register ozbargain.com/.org but I also have ~30 different domains that I've "collected" over the decades.

Yep it should be the lowest in the industry as it's supposed to be cost pricing what they pay the registries themselves. Posted more here

Zuver. All my domains are .au which Cloudfare doesn't support yet.
VentraIP. I read about it in a post, probably not dissimilar to this, that is was good.
Don't use Net Registry for anything. And don't use Namecheap for Australian domains. I use VentraIP for Australian domains but I'm sure there is something better, but I only use them for domains so no issues so far.

When talking about .au domain names their other company Zuver is cheaper and offers the exact same product offering which includes all the extras you would expect with your domain registration included for free.

Yep they're free to transfer also and it's practically the same company.

In actual fact they're not competitive when it comes to other extensions these days in my opinion only .au pricing is good for everything else I've moved off to Porkbun.
For example a .com is about $11.25 approximately in Australian Dollars at Porkbun.

They do cost price domains but they don't do new registrations still so you can only transfer in and renew with them. One downside is you do need to use Cloudflare's DNS. Their support for ccTLD's is lacking though But you will find the standard gTLDs plus most new gTLDs available.

Ventraip and Zuver are sisters. I have accounts with both and happy.
Zuver, Cloud Flare and NameCheap. AVOID GoDaddy.
A couple of podcasts I listen to regularly advertise Hover for domain registation, and they do register .au domains.

My recommendation is Zuver for all .au domain names unless you're like me and have access to Synergy Wholesale and then Porkbun for everything else.
