Does any Aussie provider apart from the big 3 postpaid plans (Telstra/Vodafone/Optus) offer Apple Watch LTE one number sharing and eSIMs (not just for data)?

    • Not in my research but that was 2 months ago.

  • Signed up last time this was offered but for 6 months 50% discount.

Last time I heard. You must have at $20 credit in advanced "in case" you need it to cover for other uses.

It makes sense to use PAYG credit for miscellaneous uses but it's an ass move to make customers have the credit before they even think about it.

For the PAYG plan, there's top of that the minimum (mandatory) automatic top up is $20 when you need to maintain a minimum of $10 credit. And because it's "prepaid credit" you forfeit the balance when you terminate.

Also, they charge you the monthly fee 7 days before the plan renews, so beware of you were thinking of porting out a few days before the renewal.

Also that $11 port out fee

I don't know if these practices have changed, but it really puts me off.
