I've been waiting to buy the Dreame V11 (or the T20) for a while and found it yesterday. It's the AU/NZ Model, and it's the Xiaomi Dreame, not the Kogan branded.

Shipment on 14th April only, but I could only find it on the official Australian website for $599, where it's sold-out.

      I have to agree, but I have no other option at the moment, or don't want to spend a lot more buying something worse or similar. If I find something else, I can buy and cancel my Kogan order when they send the email saying that my vacuum won't be delivered on time.

      I bought 6 chairs in November, ETA first week of January. It was 10th of January and I had not received any email from them. I sent an email, they replied saying my items had not arrived, gave me $40 credit… I could cancel my order straight away and have a full refund next day, which I did.

      To be fair, my experience buying furniture in Australia has been unpleasant. I can only praise Plush and Castlery for delivering my items on time, but everything else has had significant delays, which demonstrate that these companies have no control over stock.

      I bought a washing machine from TGG which was reportedly in stock. After 2 weeks, no calls to organise delivery. I called them and they said they didn't have one single unit in the country and had no ETA, "probably months when the washing machine might be delivered from South Korea". I went to the website and saw that they had the exact same model and colour available in Williamstown… I called them and the lady decided to check stock and found the Williamstown unit that I saw online. They then organised delivery for the next day.

      This has happened with many other items I've ordered in the last months; it's just ridiculous how most sellers have no idea what they have in stock and when things are actually arriving.

            on one occasion even worse and laughable… when I saw it, it was on the way back to VIC…

            looks to me as if it was like running on a marathon across the country.

            But this is not kogan issue… it's the service that kogan subcontracted to…

    I've got the T20 from the indiegogo sale, thoughts:

    • My Dyson DC59 smashes the T20 on carpet, picks up so much more stuff; likely due to the brush design? I think the V11 above has a different brush design.
    • Hard floors they seem equal
    • Battery life is great on the T20
    • The motorhead on the T20 doesn't go a full 180 degrees like the DC59 does, so i can't go the full length of my bed
    • My OLED screen was not glued on and is loose/flapping; they are sending me a new body so i guess i can't complain, but shows their QA process
    • T20 is much quieter and generally does feel like a good product

      T20 is a joke. Without the motorised brush head the suction is crap and hardly picks up larger dirt. Can hardly pickup crap from the cars carpet which I intended to use this mainly on.

      Batches from the Indiegogo will succumb to the faulty brush wire. Happened to.mine. they said they will send me another brush head, but while awaiting I've resoldered mine.

        I did sell my 6 year old DC59 for $200 though!

      What does T20 have to do with V11?
      There could be huge differences that change the experience, for better or worse!!!

        OP brought it up in their deal post, and the V11 and T20 also have the same motor.

        Though the T20 comes with a carpet brush, while the V11 comes with a soft roller brush.

    SCAMOGAN …. BEWARE OF THESE THUGS … should be banned from ozbargain … nightmare for me …. never ever gona buy from them in my life, will write it in my will too for kids.

    Will be uploading the complete details about how shady they are and strangled my money from last 2 months. Sent a fake Australia post tracking no, which Australia post was unable to track even and called it back to their own address after my enquiry and now asking if they shall send it again for Xiomi Mijia 1C.

    This isn't a company, its a bunch of Thugs.

    Paid 600 for the t20 on gearbrite - very happy with it, first stick vacuum after a few years of hating the zero suction from an old Dyson animal ball.

    T20 - light, battery is good, easy to remove hair, interchanging the parts doesnt feel like they will snap like the old dyson.

    Perfect for a average size apartment/ small house & car

    Fair warning to everyone thinking of purchasing Pre-sale from Kogan. I bought the V10 version of this vacuum under the pretence of pre-sale and the delivery date kept moving out without an adequate explanation.

    These guys are a bunch of scam artists and its crazy to think this has been allowed under the noses of the ACCC.

    But seriously, this guy (Ruslan Kogan) and his board screwed its entire shareholding to gift himself millions of dollars in bonus payments, what can you expect as mere consumers of its product.

    We should ALL vote with our wallets and stop purchasing from Kogan completely. WALLSTREETBETS!

    Do not purchase from Kogan.
    I ordered Presale of the Dreame D9. The unit was to be sent on the 9/02, but its been pushed back to late April.
    I'm trying to cancel but I'm not getting any responses. They shipped the AU plug out straight away which I thought was odd, now I understand they did it to make the cancelling process harder.

      That's bad. I didn't have any problems cancelling my order, just did it online, got a confirmation on the same day and the refund on the next day.

      Hmmmm. I got my D9 earlier this month. No issues. AU plug came in a week after but didn't need it as the charging dock already had the AU plug.
