This seems to be $78 in most places, is a good buy for $57

wow, thanks for the heads up (only using mine for internet to shed so speed not critical) but that's pretty misleading advertising!
The only TP-Link Powerline kit that has 1Gbps port are the 1000, 1300 and 2000 one. The 2000 doesn't have 2Gbps port although it does have 2 x 1Gbps port out. I actually use AV1000 and AV600 at home in supplement to Wifi so I know about the ports.
In reality, AV1000 does manage 200Mbps and AV600 is limited by the port so 95ish Mbps. In contrast my AX88U + AC68U does 250-900Mbps on the whole house + backyard.
Not true. PA6010 (AV600) has a gigabit port.

@Mnke: Wrong product. This is PA4010:

1*10/100Mbps Ethernet Port
@dmbminaret: I only pointed out pa6010 has gigabit, as bigboom says only 1000/1300/2000 has it. You should read more carefully.
@Mnke: So you're up me for not reading carefully enough, but you're here randomly giving specs on products unrelated to the deal post?
I was confused, yea. Sorry, nah.
@Mnke: That's not released in Australia.
@Bigboomboom: Still doesn't make your statement true.
@Mnke: Ok so only the Australian one that has Gigabit port is AV1000, 1300 and 2000. Satisfies?
Wow…Is this using powerline to transfer data?
Yeah, it's called PoE
Nope. PoE provides power using ethernet cable mate.
its EoP
Thanks, couldn't edit
MSY has it for $55 and in stock in heaps of stores, might be handy if you live near one. I think this is the same kit.

Bought this for $51 back in November, but ended up returning it because it doesnt have pass through power. Powerpoints are more premium in my current house than needing slightly higher network speeds…
It did work well though when I tested it.
I got the 2000 (gb speed ones). Am on FTTP with 850 down when I connect my laptop to the modem with Ethernet. Tried these in the garage, and only manage 25 down. Pretty disappointed but guess it’s the wiring in my house rather than the product.
In my experience "starter kit" is code for something that isn't good enough to do the job
Looks like this isn't AU plug
Answer: Australian supplier stock will have an AU plug.

Powerline repeaters use unshielded power lines turning them into antennas that broadcast unwanted RF (radio frequency).
Don't use them. Be nice to your neighbours.
Beware they only have 100Mbps port. So no, they are not capable of 600Mbps.
