  Does having game pass ultimate qualify for getting these? All of these free games for xbox have still been full price for me even though i ave game pass ultimate?

    You need to claim them through a browser on the country relevant MS store page while being logged into the account that GPU is associated with.

    You don't need a VPN.

    You cannot get these from the Xbox directly that I know of.

      Yeah had been doing that but oddly enough just tried again now and it worked. Got figure. Thanks for that. Will try and others now.
