    6 of my cashbacks from CR between Nov/Dec have not tracked including Amaysim one. Have opened 3 tickets and I have to report 3 more. Also note it could take couple of weeks to get the SIM card itself thanks to Aus Post delays.

      If you’re having this many issues with tracking, I can assure you something is up with your browser or router/firewall. Please give the CR app a crack using 4G or use a clean browser with no plugins and I’m quite certain you’ll notice a difference.         Can confirm, I just bought 1 of this amaysim sim through CR app on 4G with VPN disabled and it was tracked and accounted for by the time I finish payment of $9.

        Some others in this period have tracked. For example one Pizza Hut tracked and on other day it did not. Same with Chemist Warehouse - one of them tracked and the other did not.
        100% of Shopback have tracked in this period (and few months back it was other way around!). Amaysim did not track so have submitted missing claim. This month I got an Amaysim via Shopback and it tracked properly (it was same cashback amount at SB).

        Just have to go thru the process of submitting documentation for missing cashbacks.

          AFAIR, if you switch off auto-recharge, then at the end of 28 days it should change to Talk & Text. This is like PAYG but no data. You can then change to PAYG or other plans.

      As mentioned in another post, there are mistakes with SB listing. It is still $6 cashback under the 30GB one. There is a $2 bonus today.

          $8 cashback is actually for the 65GB plan(previous 50GB).

    When i start to buy this, it asks me if i want to "keep my number"? Does this mean they'll start the port process now itself?

    I was under the impression, they'll send me the sim and I can port then.

    I still have 2 weeks left on my current plan.

      They will ask now but will not start the port process. After you receive the sim card and you decide to port a different number from the one you originally filled in the form, you can still change it. Have done this before.

    What's everyone's speed test on amaysim? I went from Boost to Amaysim and the internet is so crap. Boost is 48Mbps (super fast), Amaysim 2.52Mbps.

      How does auto-renew work?

      Auto-renew is when your mobile plan, 7-day short-term plan, long expiry plan or data-only plan automatically renews (recharges) at the end of your plan’s expiry period.

      Each time a plan is added (or re-added) to an account, auto-renew is switched ON by default. This means you'll need to manually switch auto-renew off once a new renewal period has started if you do not want to renew your plan. This can be done at any point through the amaysim app or My amaysim.

      If you're a Prepaid customer we'll renew your plan by charging the plan cost to your selected payment method (e.g. a credit card, debit card or PayPal account) - if you have any amaysim credit in your account, we'll use that first and charge the remaining balance to your active payment methodAs a Postpaid customer, the renewal cost of your amaysim plan will be added to your monthly bill

      If you’ve received a message that auto-renew for your plan has failed, don’t panic as it’s easy to get your plan back up and running.

      Manage auto-renew for your plan

      Managing auto-renew for your plan is simple and can be done through the amaysim app, My amaysim or by sending an SMS to 568.

      Using the amaysim app

      To manage auto-renew through the amaysim app, log in to the app and swipe up from the bottom of the screen.Click manage your plan and you’ll be able to enable/disable auto-renew for your plan.

      Using My amaysim

      To manage auto-renew through My amaysim, log in and head to Manage Plan. Here you’ll be able to enable/disable auto-renew for your plan in the Plan Settings area at the top of the page.

      Using 568

      To disable auto-renew using the 568 SMS services, text STOP followed by your plan’s name to 568 - for example, if you’re using one of our UNLIMITED mobile plans, simply text STOP UNLIMITED to 568 to switch off auto-renew.
