FYI, Nike's Tech Fleece pants have changed from the OG model (probably been at least a year since they changed, but just in case you have an old pair and are looking to upgrade) - they're now a lot baggier.
Hey mate, over 10 TF trackies and yeh definitely the material on some batches was sub-par. The baggier ones would probably be the tech pack without the tapered cut.
ml17 is correct, they updated the fit sometime last year to be baggy, or "roomy" as the website describes. Reviews also comment on the new fit.
If you're unsure, Nike.com does have a very flexible 30-day return policy. You can trial your shoes or pants or whatever you buy, wear them, get them dirty, etc. If you don't like them you can send them back (free return shipping) and get a full refund. I believe they call it a trial period.
I know the site also mentions a 60-day return policy, however, if you exceed 30 days the items can't have been worn/washed.
