both
Promos are a hit and miss at the moment. All mine from this deal not cancelled rather than locked.
@jasperthegoat Yep, same!
I have contacted support (Milena) and she said she's forwarded it to the devs to investigate. I emailed as Alex and team said that we would definitely have our promos honoured.
I have deposited thousands and deserve a little love from the promos!
There was an issue but guess it's fixed if they've released a new code
Definitely not fixed. Had one cancel today that I had met the requirements for almost a week ago.
I got all those ones fine, but two others, USDT20 and ETCLABS both got cancelled in spite of meeting the deposit requirements. Have contacted support about them both but not heard anything.
Yup I had most fine except referral when I signed up, WEB30 (not sure if stackable), ETCLABS and BANTER20, all either canceled or still pending.
OP, can you please update the title for expiry date of 22 January?
already specified
I'm not a Celsius shill, but they addressed it https://www.reddit.com/r/CelsiusNetwork/comments/kqnlyb/cels…
I also have a bunch of promo codes that are pending and not locked : (
Not to be negative but $20 on a $1000 investment in something that
a) is so volatile
b) is plagued by fees
seems pretty trivial. I mean you could invest that same $1000 ~30 seconds later and end up with $50 more BTC through sheer luck. On a related note, what are their fees like? For example bitcoin.com.au charges some 4% on deposits in Australia (I mention them because of the 'partnership' with AusPost) and then by contrast Binance, the worlds largest exchange, allows AU users to simply OSKO/PayID money instantly with 0% fees or charges
a) stablecoins aren't volatile and can earn 10-14% yearly. Also, many people already have the crypto - so moving it from one account to Celsius and earning a bonus is a no brainer.
b) what fees? there are no fees for withdrawals from Celsius network. Maybe you're thinking of fees to purchase/sell crypto? which is not what Celsius does.
I don't see anyone agreeing with you that crypto is 'stable'. I'm honestly curious about the fees, it's OK i just googled it.
Crypto encompasses many types of coins, some of them are stable (pegged to the USD or AUD). Basically a digital version similar to what is in the bank.
So if you don't want volatility, you buy TAUD (Crypto.com) or USDC (Binance) and then put it into Celsius and earn 10% + bonus.
@h4lcyon: Jesus what is with these boiler plate replies it's like you guys are copy-pasting from the Celsius marketing website. If you don't want volatility you invest in traditional shares. I know how crypto works I'm not saying I don't understand how to buy and sell BTC I'm just saying that $20 on a $1000 is a crap 'bonus'. I've registered for Celsius just so I can get an actual answer about what their fees and rates are like but honestly, why are you guys using an exchange that isn't even listed here https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/ ?
@apoptygma: lol - not boiler plate replies.
You complained about volatility. I'm just saying there are other options that are less volatile :D
There are no fees except the cost to interact with the ETH network. If you buy from an exchange like Binance they will charge you $3 or so to withdraw to Celsius, Celsius won't charge anything to withdraw from them.
Celsius isn't an exchange, it's an earning product that's why it's not listed on CMC.
Anyway, it's good that you are doing your own research. I'll leave you to it :)
@apoptygma: Celsius Networks isn't on coinmarketcap because they're neither a CEX nor DEX. They're a registered securities lending platform with onramp partnerships.
@apoptygma: Stablecoins aren't volatile, it's literally in the name
@apoptygma: The best gains are created during times of volatility. Green, red, green, red is 👍.
@whooah1979: I have no idea why that 'apoptygma' flipped his lid.
reminds me of this
US$20 BTC on US$1000 Crypto Deposit New Members
The bonus isn't worth the lockup amount and time.
2% profit in 1 month comes to 24% APR excluding interest from the crypto itself, seems worth it to me unless you can find a better earn rate? And it's not locked, you can withdraw at anytime, you just won't get the bonus if you do.
I found a promo guide some Celsian made
here
thanks!
is this for old users or new users only?
