Hi everyone. We are on a NBN FTTN connection, have had lots of troubles with Belong and are going to sign up for the long running Superloop deal.
Does anyone know if Belongs modem router works with Superloop? I've tried looking online but couldn't find much info. Thanks!

may i know why superloop, i am with Belong too and thinking to jump and try another provider
my experience has so far been okay there are ups and downs but manageable for someone working from home
Just because they have $20 off for the first 6 months and I've read they are on a similar level to Aussie Broadband. So $11 less than Aussie Broadband for the first 6 months.
What troubles are you having with Belong? Are you sure the problem isn't FTTN itself?
I know one thing has been erratic speeds. Some days are high, some days are very low. I'm not sure where the issues lie tbh. I haven't been the one to dealing with the issues so I'm not sure.
Superloops service is horrible. Is recommend Aussie broadband. A little more expensive, but well worth it

I would highly recommend upgrading it, as my experience with that modem/router has been incredibly poor.
