Cheese is delicious
"Camembert, cheddar, gouda, cream cheese" - you mean fake camembert. Real camembert is made in France from unpasteurised milk.
I find the South Cape 'camembert' is a good replacement for those who find Black & Gold butter has too much flavour…
Strictly speaking only AOC "Camembert de Normandie" must be made with unpasteurized milk from Normandes cows
