Ferrex Drill Making Clicking Sound

So I went out and brought a Ferrex 20v brushless hammer drill today and played with it. It makes this clicking sound at gear 2 when I release trigger and at low speed and it only does this at gear 2. Is this normal or is the brake breaking on me or something.

I have worked with Milwaukee and Makita drills in the past and don't remember them making this noise so very confused.

    Have you read the manual? do your other drills have hammer functions?

    I'm looking at getting one of these too, but don't know the answer - could be a dud, or could be a problem with the model. Would be good to know.
