I printed a lot of their Framed Photo with Passe-Partout for their 75% off Black Friday sale and I definitely recommend for anyone who wants to fill up a wall pretty cheaply and aren't too worried about some prints having small errors, etc. I wasn't sure if they would turn out okay but I just wanted a bunch of photos to fill my house with, and I was pleasantly surprised.
There were some mixed reviews, but I'm happy with the result considering their sale price so here's a summary of my experience:
Quality:
-Decent, not fantastic, and everything gets blown up for larger sizes. Should be fine if you have a good camera.
-Colours/contrast are SLIGHTLY different because of the ink. My photo print dark spots were a little darker.
-The process is automated so I had to take two of my photos out to dust the glass, if that bothers you.
-Frames are light, flimsy plastic with wood patterns printed. They look fine unless you're REALLY looking. Plus, the shipping cost is low.
Customer service:
-I messed up and sent in a photo with a green line, which I thought was because of their printing, and asked them to check. They were very thorough, showed me my preview image with the green line and offered a replacement print as a gesture of goodwill. Above and beyond, IMO.
A lot of negative reviewers had the exact opposite response from customer service. They are based in Germany and I don't think they follow "the customer is always right" as hard as we do in Aus.
A lot of the negative reviews seemed to be about canvas prints so be cautious, I can't speak for anything but their frame photos.
